Metro Vancouver Dream Centre Society is registered as a non-profit society under the Societies Act of British Columbia. Our Constitution and By-laws are available for viewing by any member of the public (please contact us to make arrangements to view them).

Our organization is governed as follows:

Members - Members are those who are interested in supporting the work of the Dream Centre. They pay a small annual membership fee ($10 for individuals, $20 for corporations or organizations). They have the right to vote in the affairs of the Dream Centre.

Board of Directors - These volunteers are the governing board of the Dream Centre. Their role is to regulate and oversee the operations of the Dream Centre.

Executive Committee - The Executive Committee is the group that leads the different committees or departments. They oversee the operations of the committees or departments. 

Committees - Each committee is headed by one member of the Executive Committee. The Committee (or department) is tasked to work on developing the operations of their committee (or department) and report back to the Executive Committee.
